Why does the ONPL option cost $10.00?
The ONPL orders require a significant amount of additional paperwork and follow up. An ONPL order takes about 10 times longer to process than a credit card order. The $10.00 helps offset the additional labor costs.
Why do I have to pay my phone deposit upfront?
The cell phone deposit works as collateral against both the equipment and the cell phone bills. The deposit is required in order to set up the phone. The cell phone deposit is your money, as long as you pay your bills, follow the terms of your contract, and protect the commitment you get the entire deposit back. 2 Year cell phones do not require a cell phone deposit.
